Congratulations to u8 Diamonds Pumas Coach Joe Gribbet on completing the FA’s Introduction to Coaching, the first formal step on the FA's Coach Education pathway. Joe enjoyed the course, saying „it was interesting amd gave me a lot of ideas”.

The FA Introduction to Coaching, which has replaced the Level 1 in Coaching Football, is the first stage in the journey to becoming a football coach, and helps new coaches create a safe, fun, and positive football environment, gain confidence and start to develop their own coaching style. The course blends live webinars, e-learning, community support and a range of resources to provide candidates with the skills to coach players of all ages, and encompasses disability football, Respect, Safeguarding Children, and First Aid in Football.
