Player of the Month - September - Result

Judging by the number of votes there has been a lot of interest in the first Player of the Month poll of the season.

It was very hard to select a short list of three players, and it has obviously been hard to choose between them but the winner, in an extremely close contest, is Annie Laight.

Annie finished just ahead of Beth Jones and Beth Thompson in the poll. It caps a good first month for Annie in Pride Park colours, in which she scored 4 goals in 4 games, with an assist thrown in for good measure. Congratulations Annie!
