This Saturday has been designated part of the FA “Silent Sidelines” weekend for youth football in the DGLL

Silent Support Weekend is a national initiative to help young players find their voice on the pitch, make their own decisions and enjoy their game…with no distracting noise from spectators on the sidelines.

During Silent Support Weekend, applause from spectators for good play – and quiet encouragement from coaches – is welcome. Everything else can have the weekend off.
