Lizzie Makes the Grade!

Congratulations to Ladies’ team player, Lizzie Pacey (pictured in match action) on successfully completing her FA level 1 in Coaching.

The FA Level 1 in Coaching Football provides an introduction to coaching the game and working with players from under 7 to open age, and is the first stepping-stone on the core coaching pathway.

The course comprises 43 hours of learning, covering a range of topics including the role of the coach, technical components of the game, principles of play, developing a practice and long-term player development. Coaches are also required to undertake the FA Emergency Aid and Safeguarding courses.
