U9 Panthers v Little Eaton
On a beautiful sunny day, the Pride Park Panthers girls produced a fantastic performance in an entertaining game against Little Eaton.

The girls started brightly with superb through balls from Ben creating excellent opportunities, with Sofia showing great composure on the ball. Little Eaton pressed well, but the Panthers continued to battle hard, maintaining their attacking threat and creating some great chances.

After half-time, the girls continued to work incredibly hard, but the heat and the amount of running began to take its toll.

The girls never gave up, though, and continued to show great attacking play, coming remarkably close to striking again when Emily hit the post in an action-packed match full of chance creation.

There were plenty of positives to take from the performance. Both teams played some excellent football and contributed to what was a brilliant advert for the girls’ game.

The effort, determination and attitude shown by the Panthers girls was outstanding.
So proud of every single one of them!
