As Derby’s only football club dedicated exclusively to women and girls, we are proud to offer a complete player pathway—taking players all the way from their „first kicks to the first team”.

Our Women's First Team competes in the East Midlands Regional League Division 1 Central (Tier 6). All training sessions and home matches are hosted at Moorways Sports Village in Allenton, Derby (DE24 9HY). Our players benefit from top-tier facilities, including a FIFA-grade artificial turf pitch and a dedicated grass stadium pitch with seating for 1,064 spectators (564 covered). Training is held every Tuesday evening.

Having secured promotion into the Regional League for the first time, the team aims to build and consolidate our place in the league this season.
Positioned at the apex of the club’s player pathway alongside our dedicated Women’s Development team—the 1st team plays a key part in representing Pride Park FC as a club exclusively for women and girls.

We have a distinguished history in 12 years in the Derbyshire Ladies League, finishing as runners up 3 times, Cup and Plate winners, and unbeaten as Champions last season (drawing only once). The team has also reached the semi-final stage of the Derbyshire FA County Cup 3 times, and won the County Plate two seasons ago. It is important to us to build on that record and establish ourselves in Tier 6, not only for us as a team, but representing the whole club.
