As Derby’s only football club dedicated exclusively to women and girls, Pride Park FC is proud to offer a complete player pathway from "first kicks to first team." Our Under 16s compete in the Derbyshire Girls & Ladies League (DGLL) and play a vital role in that journey—serving as the direct bridge from youth football to our Women’s Development Team and Tier 6 Women’s 1st Team.

Our squad is nearly full for the current season, but we are still accepting final expressions of interest. If you are an ambitious, committed player aged 14–15 (at 31/8/26) looking to refine your game in a high-standard, supportive setting, Pride Park FC provides the perfect platform to secure one of our remaining places. Train and play at Moorways Sports Village alongside FA Licensed coaches focused on helping you transition seamlessly into adult competitive football. Training is held every Tuesday evening.
