We'll give you training and support
We are always looking for help with coaching, particularly as we strive to meet the demand for new players wanting to join the club, either to enable us to safely manage the numbers at training and matches, or to help get new teams up and running.
There’s also a number of non-coaching roles which invariably need filling, as well as occasional or one-off tasks that would suit anyone with the particular skills or knowledge required, or that is unable to make a regular commitment.
Currently, we are looking for volunteers to fill the roles or help with the tasks below - click on the role to see the volunteer role description (or see attached for a downloadable version)*:
Team Liaison Representative - several vacancies
*The volunteer role descriptions are intended as a guide to what each volunteer role might encompass. In practice, the roles are reasonably flexible as far as possible to fit around the volunteers – in some cases a volunteer might take on part of a role, or a role might be split across two or even more volunteers.
We would also welcome help with occasional tasks associated with
- Marketing
- Social media
- Graphic design (e.g. for matchday and other graphics for social media)
- Multiple tasks associated with planning and managing one-off events –e.g. End of season, Christmas, and other team and/or club events
